Under the banner of PSA’s organisational development (OD) movement, we aspire to strengthen organisational resilience and create an environment where staff feel engaged, empowered and energised. The right skills and attitudes are needed to meet the challenges of our dynamically changing business environment.
With this in mind, the OD movement focuses on three key areas – ‘Innovativeness & Entrepreneurship’, ‘Drive for Excellence and Organisational Ability’, ‘Trust and Collaboration’, under which various in-house learning programs, initiatives, and online tools and references have been developed.
Our vision for the future of work at PSA is enhanced by our culture of FISH!* that promotes behaviours to build trust and camaraderie among between colleagues and within teams.
